How We Make It
Every Wild Rise bagel is made by hand from start to finish. We hand-knead and hand-roll each one in small batches, then give them a slow, cold rise in the refrigerator to develop deep flavor and the perfect texture.
Because we let time do the work, orders require a minimum of three days before they’re ready for pickup. This process honors tradition, supports digestion, and delivers the kind of bagel you’ll want to slow down for.
